3. Non-Refundable Fees
   Consultancy fees are non-refundable once services have started, regardless of application outcome.
4. Student Responsibility
   Students are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and authentic documents. Any false or misleading information may result in application rejection.
5. Application Fees
   University, testing, courier, or third-party fees (if any) must be paid directly by the student.
6. Service Scope
   Our role is advisory and administrative support. We do not influence university selection committees or embassy decisions.
7. Payment Policy
   Full or partial payment must be made in advance before the start of consultancy services.
8. Processing Time
   Processing timelines vary by university and country. Delays caused by external institutions are beyond our control.
