What You’ll Do

During the 12-week summer program (November 2026 – February 2027), you’ll work alongside experienced professionals on impactful initiatives such as:

  • Developing strategies to improve digital banking experiences
  • Supporting data-driven insights for small business or retail customers
  • Contributing to ANZ’s climate risk frameworks and sustainable finance goals
  • Assisting in go-to-market plans for new financial products
  • Enhancing operational efficiency through process automation

You’ll also participate in networking events, leadership talks, and present your final project to team leads—gaining visibility across the organization.
